This is a honest sale with any defects mentioned here.
I am not sure of the age of this caravan, but it is a 4 Birth, ( but comfortably sleeps 2 adults and 3 children). Clean interior. Cooker, hob rings, fridge and heater all work fine. Casette toilet. Shower, hand basin. Curtains. Roller water but and handle included including pump.
Awning included.
Waste tap and shower outlets and collector included. Basically every thing you need for a caravan holiday.
Now the defects.
The wall paper over the kitchen sink has been removed, but the wall is dry. (easily solved with tile wallpaper).
THere was a very small leak in the seal (that has now been fixed) and the was a small amount of damp (that has now been cleaned) in a small area of the one wall.
The key to the 2 front storage doors are missing however, but they are very simple to lock and open.
There is a small crack on the one window (but it is below the seal to it will not allow water through.
And that is about it really. All very easy to get fixed and do not cause a problem to the caravan in any way.
As I said this is a honest sale and I am sure whoever buys it will not be disappointed.
