We are reluctantly selling our Altas Moonstone 2003 3 bedroomed caravan which is situated on the excellent West Sands site in Selsey, Chichester. The van is in great condition with just the expected wear and tear on carpets for a van of this age.
The van has one double bedroom with built in wardrobes, one twin bedroom with cupboards and one twin bedroom (with optional cot included) with wardrobe. There is a bathroom with toilet, shower and sink. The kitchen includes gas oven, fridge and plenty of cupboard space. The living area has table and chairs, additional seating and includes a double sofa bed in the seating arrangement. The caravan can comfortably sleep 8.
Further included are cutlery, crockery etc., two sets of steps with stair rails, TV aerial, gas bottle.
It is currently sited on Bunn Leisure’s West Sands site, Selsey Chichester. The plot it is on is very near to the children’s play area and dog walking area.
It is connected to electricity and water/drainage.
The rates have been paid for the year.
Insurance is the responsibility of the van owner.
The season runs from 1st March to 31st October in each year. The van is available from a “to be agreed” date in early September with the site fees paid to the end of October 2009.
Six annual passes are included within the package. This allows unlimited access to the clubs and swimming pools on the site.
You have the options of keeping the caravan for sole use, letting out for hire by yourself or Bunn Leisure letting out the van on your behalf (on agreed dates).
The entertainment on the site is excellent. Slade, Bay City Rollers, Chico and Ray Quinn have all appeared (or are due to appear) this year together with a load of brilliant tribute acts. The Children’s entertainment is particularly well organized to give the parents a well deserved break!
The seller is to pay the commission charges and any necessary gas/electricity checks to the park owners. Purchase monies must pass through the hands of the park office itself there.
The caravan is advertised elsewhere.
We simply cannot get to the caravan often enough to justify keeping it – this is the only reason for the sale. We have really enjoyed the time we have spent on the site and will definitely be going back there – so please keep our details if you buy this with a view to renting it out !!!!
